The canine athlete lecture series

In 2012 Physio-Vet ran a very successful series of evening lectures, aimed at the competition dog handler. 2013 dates are to be announced soon – these will be available via Webinar and will be downloaded and saved for future reference. Contact us for more info. The series of 5 talks were aimed at handlers that would like to know more about the injuries and conditioning programmes that can help prevent these injuries.

Working the way around the canine musculoskeletal system the series covered:

  • The Canine Shoulder
  • Hips and Elbow
  • Carpus, Digits and Hock
  • The Canine Stifle
  • The Canine Spine

The evening lectures held at the Physio-Vet Clinic.

Numbers are limited to 25 people – bookings will be taken on a first come first serve basis. Lectures will be held on one Wednesday each month from May to September.

Cost: £12.00 per talk or £50.00 for all five lectures.
